Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please get in contact with us as soon as possible.  Our goal is to provide everyone with the exact product they ordered.  We want our customers to come back and trust in us. There will be instructions sent with your package that will explain the do's and dont's when applying your decal or cleaning your apparel items. Please follow these steps. If you did and there is an issue we will be more than happy to replace your item or refund your payment. Certain rules will apply. For decals: If there is an issue with your decal, we will need to know within the first 72 hours after receiving your product.  We also require images of the product showing the issues you have, ex: torn or bent decal,  wrong size,  wrong color,  wrong image or font.  We can not replace items for wrong installation processes or things that might have happened during the application of the decal. For any apparel items please contact us within a week of receiving your product.  We will ask you to return your item to us and then promptly send out a new one within 24 hours of receiving the return.  For refunds, once approved the payment will be credited back to the original payment method.  If cancelations are made prior to us shipping out the items we can refund your money. However, if the items have already been made prior to the cancelation we will refund all the money except $10.00 per item due to the time and material that was taken i to making the product.
