Directions for Applying your New Decal

1.Choose the location for your decal,. Make sure it’s a smooth nonporous surface .

2. Clean the area with 70 % Alcohol and let completely air day.

3. before removing the backing from your decal take a squeegee or credit card and run across the top of the decal a few times to help the transfer tape adhere to the decal.

4. Start removing the transfer tape and decal from the backing, from the corner and down at an angle while making sure the decal is staying adhered to the transfer tape. If it isn’t sticking lay that portion back down and rub with your fingers a few times until it adheres.

(note: If you want, turn the decal over and begin to remove the backing rather than the transfer tape. For some reason this works really well.

5. Once removed slowly place the decal in the place you want it. Try to make sure you place the decal all at once. If not you take a risk on it creasing or having bubbles under the decal.

6. Once you apply your decal take the squeegee or card and rub over the decal firmly to help it adhere and also push air bubbles out to the edges. There might be some bubbles remaining. Don’t worry the heat from the sun should get rid of the remainder of the bubbles. If they don’t you can take the end of a pin or something sharp and press a small hole into the bubble and the air will release.

(oh yeah, if you use any type of ceramic products like car wash, wax, detail spray, or windshield cleaner please remove it completely before installing the decal. It will not adhere. Try not to wash your car for 72 hours to ensure complete adhesion)
